As part of a seismic upgrade of this 1970’s block of apartments overlooking Kohimarama beach, DX3 were engaged to breath new life into a dull and outdated entrance lobby. Whilst keeping the design clean and simple the entrance lobby was transformed into an entirely more inviting space.
Topped off with a stunning photographic artwork by Rachel Shields the resulting space has become something the owners are proud of.
