Stunning site overlooking Lake Rotoiti. The home we designed for the Thomas’s makes the absolute most of it’s environment. Whether you want to relax in the spa with a glass of bubbles, entertain friends lake front or watch your favourite movie or footy game in the open air lounge. This home actually has it all.
Sustainability played a significant role in the brief which excited us no end. Solar panels will be used to heat water including a custom made panel to heat the spa. Rain water will be collected and insulation has been ramped up all over. A small footprint but with tonnes of open space. This lake front beauty is perfect for raising a family, entertaining friends or escaping from the world. ATA were charged with designing the clients “forever home” and we couldn’t be more proud with the result.
