Project // Law Squared & Hamilton Murphy Advisory Location // Melbourne CBD Size // 1,000m² Designing a space for two businesses, each with unique and specific brand identities presented some challenges, but overwhelmingly, brought an incredible opportunity to create a truly unique hybrid workplace. Through the adoption of shared meeting rooms, board rooms and breakout spaces we have produced the perfect blend of us, them and we. In a market where office space demands a premium, we, together with both clients, found a solution which allowed not only some cost savings but also added value by sharing certain parts of their space. With businesses that share values and ethos we saw it as an opportunity to cross these parts of the office and create a truly open environment.
