Classic Osteria & Wine Bar in Grey Lynn, designed for comfort and approachability, featuring light textured finishes, stone and marble countertops, and aged timber detailing, completed in 2019 for clients Hugo Baird, Willy Gresson, and Otis Gardner Schapiro.
Based on the concept of a traditional Osteria & Wine bar, Lilian set out to embed itself in the Grey Lynn community. Designed in collaboration with owner Hugo Baird, we looked to create a space with comfort and approachability at its heart. Overlaid with a sense of European heritage, we used light textured wall finishes, stone and marble counter tops and solid aged timber detailing throughout. Coupled with vintage lighting, and a soft palette, has created a space that feels as though it be around for a while.
