Limestone House is a passive building designed by Wardle Studio.
A passive building counts every watt and every penetration through its envelope. Technology has to respect that discipline: services planned so the airtight envelope stays airtight, equipment chosen with its energy draw in mind, and systems that support the building's performance rather than working against it.
ZELO delivered the technology design and integration across the house.
