Lone Pine Tavern
Lone Pine Tavern is a community pub and bistro servicing the western suburbs of Sydney. The publicans wanted to bring a bit of the Mediterranean to this otherwise very suburban enclave of the west. The key to delivering this was to keep the materials textural and working with an earthen, resort style palette. An abundance of plant life, raw timbers, rattan and flagstone were used throughout, creating a warm and serene environment for patrons of all ages.
