Located in Auckland’s stunning Long Bay, this 215 square metre new build blends a complex structure more commonly found in the commercial category with finishing and detail of the most demanding residential standard. The 3 bedroom home features exposed finished concrete throughout the building’s interior and exterior. 
 
In the absence of an architect and only an engineer to design the base structure, Steadfast took on an active role in the design elements of the project – Matt (Steadfast) was thrilled to finally put his floating stair design into action!
