Luxury Poolside Retreat

We’re delighted to showcase an award-winning project by Luxury Pools & Outdoor Living, located in the heart of North Avoca on the Central Coast NSW. This coastal retreat is a celebration of contemporary outdoor design, featuring the timeless elegance of Millboard Smoked Oak composite decking - bringing warmth and sophistication to every corner of this luxurious poolside haven. Recognised with the industry’s highest honour, this project proudly received Gold in the Pool Awards of Excellence at the prestigious SPASA Awards. From the elevated pool lounges to the shaded pergola and spectacular knife-edge spillover pool and spa, every detail of this outdoor space has been thoughtfully curated for both style and durability. Millboard decking plays a starring role - not just for its aesthetic appeal, but for its high-performance benefits. Resistant to moisture and fading while having a P5 anti-slip rating, the Smoked Oak was the perfect choice for this coastal build where beauty and resilience must go hand in hand. Clean lines, rich textures, and inviting zones for relaxation make it a standout example of modern outdoor living. With Millboard decking underfoot, it’s built to endure the elements while elevating the experience. It’s more than just a pool - it’s a lifestyle statement. This outdoor space was designed with entertaining in mind, blending form and function effortlessly. Featuring a wet bar, kitchen, and entertainment zone as well as clever touches like the hidden balance tank beneath the cabana double as storage for beach essentials - proof that smart design can be effortlessly elegant. From the layout to the materials, every detail supports both style & usability.
