A sophisticated renovation of Magnolia House, blending family-friendly spaces with elegant design, featuring a sculptural staircase and a warm, personal atmosphere.
Arent&Pyke’s response to a two-pronged brief to satisfy family whims and grown-up sophistication, the design creates a sense of rhythm and tactility as they navigate a journey from formal to informal and back. An original brief of whites and neutrals was honed into something more sensual during a two-year interior renovation inspired by the concept sketch of a sculptural staircase. While the four-bedroom home has been stripped of fuss, it has been gifted new detail for a warm and personal atmosphere.
