Malley & Co., a respected law firm, aimed to create a workspace that blends elegance with functionality, representing the firm's sharp, modern,and professional identity. They envisioned a refined front-of-house area that feels warm and welcoming to clients, while transforming the back-of-house into a collaborative and accessible space without traditional office barriers. The goal was to support a culture of openness and collegiality, with partners engaging directly with the wider team.

‍Our design approach emphasised a sophisticated, timeless aesthetic achieved through the thoughtful use of materials like wood and touches of leather. This choice created an inviting atmosphere that aligns with Malley & Co.'s values. A neutral colour palette of greys and blacks further enhanced the ambiance, contributing to a calm and welcoming feel. To ensure the space met various work needs, we developed an open floor plan that encourages connection and transparency. By carefully balancing natural and task lighting, we provided visual comfort and adaptability across different work areas. Clean lines and minimal ornamentation contribute to a spacious and uncluttered environment, supporting a calm work atmosphere. Dedicated zones were crafted for different work styles, including collaborative areas and quiet focus zones.

The final workspace for Malley & Co. achieved a harmonious balance between sophistication and functionality. The front-of-house area exudes a welcoming yet refined ambiance, reflecting the firm’s commitment to professionalism and warmth. In the back-of-house, the open-plan layout fosters engagement and accessibility, aligning with Malley & Co.'s vision for a collaborative workplace.
