Matarangi retreat

The Watsons wanted a contemporary Beach House kitchen with an entertainer's dream at its Centre. With a challenging timeline due to the pandemic, Paton Kitchens was up to the task.
The wish list was extensive. Our goal was to create a design that included large appliances, multiple cooking zones, and ample storage solutions all within the given space. All while keeping the customer's budget in mind. We achieved this by using more economical but quality materials. For example, we chose 16mm white metica for the scullery.
The biggest challenge was to fit in all the appliances without sacrificing storage space. We managed to find a balance by suggesting a few adjustments, such as moving the wine fridge to the scullery and reducing the bar fridge size. Thanks to these cost-saving solutions, we were able to provide the Watsons with a kitchen that fulfilled their initial brief.
