This dwelling enjoys incredible views over the Peninsula which warranted a specialist architectural solution. Watson Young’s brief was to provide a modern beach home which optimised the unique outlook while utilising the sloping site effectively. A basement clad in local stone anchors the dwelling into the site. Atop this, the north facing living areas open up to a generous entertaining terrace fronting the view. An infinity edge pool to the north-east allows unencumbered vistas connecting the Master Bedroom to the water.
