McCrae House: A modern beach home completed in 2023, featuring stunning Peninsula views, a stone-clad basement, north-facing living areas, an expansive entertaining terrace, and an infinity edge pool seamlessly connecting the Master Bedroom to the breathtaking landscape.
This dwelling enjoys incredible views over the Peninsula which warranted a specialist architectural solution. Watson Young’s brief was to provide a modern beach home which optimised the unique outlook while utilising the sloping site effectively. A basement clad in local stone anchors the dwelling into the site. Atop this, the north facing living areas open up to a generous entertaining terrace fronting the view. An infinity edge pool to the north-east allows unencumbered vistas connecting the Master Bedroom to the water.
