Project team
A thoughtfully designed mid-century modern house that embraces passive design principles, maximizing comfort and ventilation while showcasing unique details, built to high standards by Circle D Construction.
The brief from the client was to create a modest sized home with a mid-century feel to suit their furniture and taste. The clients passion for passive design principles, which Karin Lindholm shares, resulted in a comfortable, well ventilated home with a clever layout to maximise the small footprint and make the most of the north facing site.
Built by Dave Crabb of Circle D Construction, the home was constructed and finished to a high standard with subtle details to give the house its personality and uniqueness.
