A stunning North-facing home in Kerikeri Inlet featuring low maintenance design, covered verandahs, and breathtaking views of the marina and Opito Bay, enhanced by traditional corrugate roofing and elegant coved trusses.
Nestled into the rolling contour of the Kerikeri Inlet, this North facing home has spectacular views over the Kerikeri Inlet toward the Kerikeri Marina and Opito Bay. The owners brief was for a low maintenance home with covered verandah areas and spaces to take in the views. Roofing Industries “True Oak” profiled roofing was used to give a traditional corrugate look while enabling the transition to the lower pitch verandah roof areas. Coved trusses and “James Hardie” “Hardie groove ceilings” with exposed decorative trusses formed feature ceilings in the living/dining and the upstairs master suite.
