This Milford home was designed for a small family looking to create there forever home. In the brief was to create a statement to both the street scene and exterior of the dwelling. The material palette is modern, with a modern form and function to it, the cantilever is a engineering statement doubling up as a covered outdoor area overlooking the pool area. The design is unique and very bespoke as the clients had requested.
