The interiors of this classic shaker-style home in Mosman really stand out from the crowd.

Out-of-the-box thinking has delivered a stunning colour scheme, great storage solutions, unusual decor and custom details. Not only does it looks good, but the considered design also helps this family maximise their space while keeping surfaces clutter-free.

Functionally, the family needed more storage, new interior colour, a new kitchen, powder room, bathroom, ensuite, laundry, flooring and a smattering of lighting and window treatments.

The grey peacock blue kitchen is the centrepiece of the revitalised living space. It was entirely renovated and reconfigured to create more storage and bench space. Casual meals are taken at the wide island bench, featuring a slab of gorgeous Calcutta marble.

Hints of British Colonial style can be discovered from room to room, including the fern wallpaper, shutters, dark floors, bamboo framed mirror, chrome highlights and soft window treatments, pulling everything together.

BLUE GREY PANTRY - The large pantry offers loads of storage, and with a few clever tricks, it maximises functionality. One door slides, the other swings, and to make life even easier, a sensor light turns on when the doors are opened.
