In this expansive 2,000 m2 home, our primary focus was to create interiors that exude warmth and invite a sense of comfort for our clients. At the same time, we aimed to maintain the impressive and dramatic two-story entry hall that sets the tone for the entire residence.

To achieve these objectives, we opted for a neutral palette of warm greys as the backdrop for the interiors. To infuse the spaces with a sense of luxury, we incorporated rich leather and velvets in tones of blue aqua and brown. These sumptuous materials were beautifully complemented by handcrafted Italian furniture pieces from Marchetti, finished in elegant walnut.

We paid meticulous attention to every detail, including the use of lush silk wool rugs and handcrafted scatters in muted shades, complete with leather piping. These carefully chosen elements added texture and visual interest to the overall design scheme.

The kitchen, a central gathering space within the home, features a commanding cooking zone supplied by Moffat. With its striking steel and black enamel finish, it becomes a focal point of the room. We introduced Brazilian quartz and backlit onyx to add a touch of luxury and create a beautiful contrast with the black stained oak cabinetry.

As part of our comprehensive approach, we provided a bespoke joinery package for the entire house. This ensured that every aspect of storage and organization was thoughtfully integrated into the design, maintaining both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

To seamlessly blend the indoors with the outdoors, we employed rustic limestone floors throughout the residence. Additionally, the use of French Oak flooring and parquetry added a touch of elegance and timeless beauty to the spaces.

The main stairs were custom-designed and crafted using hand-welded steel, meticulously painted by hand. This bespoke feature serves as a striking focal point within the home, exemplifying the attention to detail we applied throughout the design process.

In terms of furnishings, we selected high-quality Italian and English pieces from renowned brands such as Marchetti and Duresta. These furniture selections not only provided comfort and functionality but also added a sense of sophistication and refinement to the interiors.

To further enhance the overall aesthetic, we incorporated hand-painted wainscoting and wallpapers, offering a contemporary interpretation of traditional architraving. Solid oak panelled doors contributed to the timeless elegance of the home.

Striking lighting fixtures, featuring hand-blown glass and exquisite detailing, were thoughtfully positioned throughout the residence, creating a sense of artistry and ambiance.

Finally, a hand-built steel fireplace served as a statement piece, bringing both warmth and visual interest to one of the main gathering spaces within the home.

Through careful consideration of each element and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, we successfully created a 2,000 m2 home that seamlessly blends luxurious aesthetics with inviting comfort.
