A well-insulated home featuring a functional layout, solid concrete mid floor, and stunning views, complemented by a blend of plaster and dark stained cedar cladding.
This house was designed by Chaplin Crooks architects. The construction was plaster over polystyrene blocks filled with concrete to create a very well insulated house. The concrete mid floor ensures the house is solid and stops noise transfer between floors.
Inside the functional layout works well, and the entry way creates an ambience from the moment you walk in.
Outside to compliment the plaster cladding is dark stained cedar cladding. The balcony and living areas make the most of the fabulous views. Even the kitchen enjoys a view from the bench.
