New Build - Naisoso Island banner

Our clients wanted a resort-style home that allowed some to sleep and others to party. We created it for them.

With mixed spaces high on the list for our Fiji-based clients, we created an H-shaped home with two different wings. The first comprised three bedrooms with ensuites, while the other encompassed a media room, open plan living and kitchen, guest bathroom, scullery, and laundry.

To create a connection to the home’s exterior, we installed architectural joinery which opened up the living space to the tiled pool and expansive outdoor entertaining area. We also installed high-quality exterior lighting to highlight the lush, tropical gardens.

Custom made details.

Cathedral beamed ceilings were built to accentuate the spaces and add additional light. We also organised and installed locally sourced custom-made joinery in the bathrooms, wardrobes, and kitchen. Built to withstand the toughest cyclone, this home is solid and well-constructed.

About the
Professional

Odge was established by Oliver and Emma Rich with two things in mind – quality craftsmanship and seamless service.

Oliver, a Licenced Building Practitioner, with over 20 years’ industry experience, leads the team and personally oversees every building project.

Emma, a highly experienced project manager, is your day-to-day client contact who advises on every detail, from budget and fittings right through to interior design.

It’s a combination of skills that mean we have the experience and creative flair to turn your house into your dream home – inside and out.

Formerly based in Fiji and now in Auckland, our services cover everything from building to landscaping, and we can manage as much or as little of your project as you need, from design and planning right through to positioning that very last plant.

We’ve worked with clients with a range of styles, and we’d love to work with you too.

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
