This large 5 level home was completed mid 2020.

Originally clad in insulclad, this home was stripped to its skeleton, a moderate amount of remediation works were undertaken before the home was completely re insulated and Reclad in a mixture of pine bevelback weatherboard and vertical cedar, complete with all new joinery, retaining the original block foundation.

Along with the recladding works, an addition to the 2nd floor created a new bathroom and walk in wardrobe and all 3 bathrooms were renovated and upgraded.
