Construction Materials: Steel screw piles by Revex, insitu concrete, precast concrete, Comflor composite decking, structural steel, Korok fire walls, cold formed purlins
Complexities: Piling to 23m and bridging over a 750mm dia stormwater main. Construction of the external building shell consisting of roof and walls first, followed by internal floor construction which enabled a controlled construction environment meaning no construction delays due to weather. Unique W shaped 2 level bracing system to front of building. Fabricated steel girders 1500mm deep
