A statement-making monument, the façade features brick and acrylic rendering, complemented by composite aluminium cladding to give the dwelling a modern industrial edge. Entering through the black double doors, the mesmerising island fish tank and cantilevered staircase instantly catch the eye, hinting at all the luxurious details this home has to offer.

Polished concrete floors lead through to a living room, warmed by the in-built gas fireplace, then further onto the spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is simple and neat, boasting contemporary style achieved through the smooth handle-less cabinets, integrated fridge, and feature pendant light. White walls and the high ceiling keep the space light and open.

Large windows in the kitchen and living area overlook the incredible outdoor space.
