Duplex built in Silverdale was designed and built with a farmhouse like feel, which makes sense as it sits on a one-acre parcel of land. Everything in this home is grand, with very large living areas and bedrooms, a huge kitchen and pantry, a laundry that feeling like another kitchen, 3.5m ceiling heights throughout. As soon as you step foot in this home, you automatically feel like you’re in a mansion. The only challenge we had with this project was to deliver such a huge build on time, but it was complete within 6 months which was 2 months ahead of schedule.
