A striking modern Hamptons-style residence featuring multi-pitched roofs, board and batten siding, and an oversized barn, designed to maximize ocean views and privacy while offering the potential for three separate dwellings.
Kiama Keeper - Versatile Modern Hamptons
Multi pitched, board and batten and an oversized barn make this impressive property pleasing to the eye. Capitalising on the northerly aspect and sweeping ocean views, a large void, central staircase and a cantilever window seat provide opulence without being ostentatious. The consistency in design cleverly hides the fact that there are 3 possible separate dwellings, and income streams, with total privacy from each other.
