Completed in 2023, this modern beach house project, designed and built by Coastwood Homes, Lockwood Coromandel, showcases the essence of coastal living at its finest.
Kevin and Linda's dream Lockwood beach house became a reality in a beachside Coromandel township, where the existing bach was replaced with a thoughtfully designed home. Drawing inspiration from the Crombie Family Home in Wellington, the unique shape of the house maximises privacy and accessibility to outdoor spaces. The interior features a blend of vibrant colours against a backdrop of blonded knot-free pine, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
With a focus on open-plan living and outdoor entertaining, the home boasts decked areas on both sides and an outdoor fireplace for cosy evenings.
