Oceanview Comfort

Architecturally designed for a professional couple looking to demolish their old home and start again, this superb new house occupies the old site. More than happy with the location, they sought a brand new, modern home with a spacious interior, room to entertain, high end fittings and quality workmanship. We built them a two storey, contemporary home that made the most of a fabulous view. Having lived in one of our previous builds, they felt confident contacting us to take on the project. Our awards for this property Registered Master Builders, House of the Year, Local Category Winner, 2011 Registered Master Builders, House of the Year, Gold Award, 2011 Registered Master Builders, House of the Year, Gold Reserve Award, 2011 Testimonial "Having lived in a Shaw Builder's built home previous to embarking on building our own, we had no hesitation in asking them to construct our house. Dave and Carolynne have a wealth of knowledge and the reputation they have earned over the years proved to be enhanced during all phases of construction. Dave is a person who expects nothing but the best from his tradesmen and subcontractors alike. Dave and Carolynne were always willing to offer advice about any detail that arose and we are entirely happy with the end result, which is a home of which we are extremely proud. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shaw Builders to anyone considering embarking on their own building project." Colin and Marianne Milne ‍
