Papamoa Beach Living

This unique, luxury Papamoa home was built for a professional couple who knew our work from plenty of past experience. We’d built three of their previous homes! With limited space on a Papamoa ocean view site, this three storey building project kept us on our toes, but with plenty of open communication, on site meetings, a skilled team and Dave’s experienced eye, the project went smoothly. Our awards for this property Registered Master Builders, House of the Year, Gold Award, 2009 Registered Master Builders, House of the Year, Local Category Winner, 2009 Testimonial “This is the fourth home built for us by Shaw Builders. Why you may ask? Simple - when you have a good experience, why break it? As previously reported by us (and many others), Dave’s knowledge and expertise in the building industry is excellent. Supported by Carolynne’s administration expertise, the complete project process is simplified.” Their culture permeates through to their excellent tradesmen and also to the appointed subcontractors. We have recommended Shaw Builders many times and of those that have utilised them have all thanked us for the introduction, as they have also experienced a professional and comfortable engagement of their services. What more can we say? Only that if we build again in the Western Bay of Plenty, we don’t have the need to prospect for builders, only to meet and plan with Dave and Carolynne.” Colleen and Dennis Noble ‍
