Nathan was the site manager for this job. It was his first complete build since completing his apprenticeship.  This home was built with great attention to detail with a few innovative additions.  Nathan came up with an idea to amend the window seat to include extra storage with a recessed lid which the client was really pleased with.  Nathan had an idea to make a trellis gate & partition for the rear pavement of the house for a little extra privacy for our client. She was really impressed with the outcome and it achieved the extra privacy she did not realise she needed.

Brian, our Director, advised the client on plans that would suit the site our client had purchased.  Once our client had made the decision of the plan she wanted, we were able to liaise with the architect and engineers to ensure that the site plan made the most of outdoor living areas for the site.  

The build was completed on time and within budget and we now have a very happy client who is enjoying their retirement at the One Tree Point community.
