“Adrian is a first-class builder. I have worked with him for 30 years, on renovations and new builds involving heritage structures and cutting-edge modern designs. Adrian has been the Builder for all the projects I have designed during this period, including 5 projects for myself. The latest is the award-winning Villa Marittima. In every aspect of the build, he is totally committed. To the Client, the Architect, his Team, and the many subcontractors involved in a job. He is resourceful, and always conscious of budget issues. His projects are always kept organised and clean through the process: as part of his commitment to produce an excellent final product for the client. Adrian’s catch phrase: “there are no problems, only solutions”. This attitude keeps projects running smoothly. I recommend Adrian very highly.”
