The Project

Retirement village comprising 350 villas and units, with central facilities focused around the on site lake ecosystem and includes facilities such as tennis, bowls and a large pavilion. 

Our Approach

Stratum has undertaken Resource Management planning, surveying, and civil design together with geotechnical and civil engineering supervision and surveying during the construction phase of the village. We are also providing engineering and surveying input into to the construction of the high quality villas and terraced units.

A highly anticipated retirement village development meeting the needs of retirees for independent living while also providing the security associated with a village community, with a strong environmental focus through the enhancement of existing waterways and ecosystems.
