Our Approach
Stratum have been involved in master planning of development of the site, ensuring staged development to maximise utilisation of available space in accordance with the particular requirements of the industry over many years. Recently we have been involved with the extension and construction of new pre-coolers and coolstores. We provided Resource Management planning and District Plan advice, civil engineering design, geotechnical testing and supervision, infrastructure construction supervision, set out and as-built survey, and project management.
Project Outcome/ Solution
A bigger and better post-harvest facility to service the growing needs of the local kiwifruit industry with increased cool storage space, improved access and parking for the growing staff numbers.
