“Peter undertook a cost margin contract with me to renovate my 3B Craig Road, Milford, Auckland Townhouse. The duration of the arrangement was from June 2014 to April 2015. The property was essentially a ‘leaky house’ with design, materials and construction practices all having contributed to the problems faced. The house had to be completely gutted, materials replaced and poor construction issues corrected. Peter was systematic and thorough in his practices concerning these matters completing to the highest standards of workmanship. The project’s outcome met stringent council requirements and effectively addressed all problems and importantly met owner expectations concerning quality of construction and Finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter because he possesses the ‘old school’ knowledge and skills and, as importantly, the ethics to competently and professionally tackle projects of this nature.”
