About the
Professional

Established in 2003, Lofroth Builders Ltd is the proud result of Brian Lofroth’s long and extensive professional journey. Long before becoming a Managing Director, he began building under the tutelage of renowned craftsman Roy Mulholland, completing his carpentry apprenticeship in 1981.

Starting his own company in 1985, he became a Licensed Building Practitioner and business member of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand in 2013. Passionate about sharing his vast knowledge with his apprentices, he also values social responsibility, having travelled to Romania to build a home for orphans.

In 2014, Lofroth Builders received a Master Builders Bronze Award for House of the Year - excellence in workmanship, creativity and innovation between $600,000 – $1 million. Environmentally and socially responsible, our business is conscious of the choices we make when selecting building materials. As much as possible, we purchase eco-friendly products and utilise sustainable solutions where possible.

"What makes Lofroth Builders different is that we're more personalised. We don't treat customers like a number. We're very close, like a family." - Brian Lofroth

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
