This black bagged brick and batten and board 215sqm home sits in unison with Papamoas beautiful rolling hills in the distance. The double high pitched gables and living areas grooved ply ceiling offer striking elegance. With polished concrete flooring throughout, two stylish, personalised luxurious bathrooms and an emphasis on natural light with feature floor to ceiling windows and large sliding doors. It’s U shape is an entertainers dream with the kitchen and dining area flowing off on to a large decking that meets the master wing, sheltering from the westerly wind, with a pool running along side. Built for the sun, the owners enjoy all day sunshine with breathtaking sunsets all year round. This build was completed and managed by Hopping Homes, we were able to deliver this beautiful new home on time and budget for the owners to enjoy!
