Ponsonby Residence.

Our latest interior design project features custom joinery for a renovated villa in the heart of Ponsonby.

Our clients approached us with a vision to create a contemporary home office and a custom media unit that would elevate their home and tie in with their existing kitchen.

For the home office, the wall-to-wall desk, shelf and monitor stand is constructed from solid American white oak and stained a rich brown hue to match their existing cabinetry. The desk design is minimalist but intentional, with accentuated mortise and tenon joins, a long, narrow channel for cable management and flexibility, as well as concealed wall fixing. The lighting, furniture and décor was also thoughtfully curated with sightlines and softness in mind.

In keeping with the luxurious kitchen, our design for the living area’s custom media unit is elevated. Featuring natural materials of dark-stained oak and polished negresco granite, the joinery echoes the grandeur of the stone kitchen island and integrated cabinetry for a cohesive and tailored aesthetic.

This project exemplifies our commitment to high end detailing and minimalist, timeless design using quality materials. The resulting designs perfectly match the style of the home and sophisticated tastes of our clients.
