Porteus Drive residence sits on an awkward, yet unique U-shaped block. Bordered by 3 street frontages, privacy and security were a driver in the design from the outset. This factor, along with the client's love for mid-century design shaped the house and look. The result was a striking family home, that exaggerates its long lines along the front and back and connects with the exterior spaces along the length of the house. The interior palette was designed in tune with the client's brief and existing furniture to create a true mid-century inspired design both inside and out.
