Set amongst native trees on the golden sands of Sullivans beach just around the corner from Paihia centre, this Bay of Islands Beach house offers luxurious apartments overlooking the beach and the islands.

With open plan living, the master bedrooms, ensuite, two guest bedrooms and large outdoor deck areas all on the upper levels, holiday makers are able to enjoy the best views and living the Bay of Islands has to offer.

The lower floor levels feature two guest apartments each with its own private decks and BBQ areas, and a large double garage. A lift ensures easy access between levels.

It’s a combination of metal long run roofing, cedar cladding, linea weatherboards, and polished masonry block exterior makes for a seamless combination of materials that blend into its surroundings.
