With an expansive area of roof, the choice of roof construction, material and style was an important factor in creating a strong link between the home and the surrounding land.

Cadence & Co Partner and Design Principal, Michael Kilkeary stated that, “With its steep pitch and multiple gable forms, we wanted a roofing material that was simple in its lines, but which had a scale to match the site.”

Cadence & Co viewed Snap-Line45® as the perfect roofing material for their requirements.

The Snap-Line45® profile features well-defined 45mm high ribs with a wide flat pan, and suits roof, wall cladding or gable applications.

The prominent ribs can be laid horizontally, vertically or diagonally and Snap-Line45® is suitable for roof pitches as low as 1°.

It’s these strongly defined features that made Snap-Line45® the obvious choice for this build.
