As one of New Zealand’s most recognisable sports stars, Joseph Parker values the precious downtime he gets to spend with family. He enlisted the NDH team to plan and build a low maintenance solution that added to the family home while also offering more privacy.

He enlisted the NDH team to plan and build a perimeter fence around his property, as well as a deck housing a spa pool with a glass balustrade. Alongside that, there was artificial turf to be laid throughout the outdoor living areas which included a putting green for golf practice.

With any project like this, keeping the communication lines open with our clients is critical, particularly when they have busy schedules to work around. For Joseph's project, this included managing all of our specially selected sub-trades from end-to-end, ensuring the whole process was stress-free.

“During the course of the project, Louis (NDH Managing Director) checked in with me and made sure I was happy with everything that was happening,” Joseph said.

The end result of the project is a set of features that not only make the home more private but also future proof it for years to come.

A Passion For The Craft

At New Dimension Homes we believe that delivering a high-quality service begins with integrity. We develop strong relationships with our clients that are built on trust, which stems from our open-book policy: communication, transparency and attention to the detail.

That’s why most days you’ll find Managing Director Louis Taylor on-site, on the tools and leading the team by example. His passion for building is what makes ND Homes unique, not to mention what is the difference to one of their clients most important investments.

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
