Project 88

Warm minimalist masterpiece. Enter a world of pared-down purity in this 5 bedroom + office household. Architecturally designed by Joe Snell from Studio Snell to capture the ambient NE aspect and the glistening waterfront views overlooking the cityscape. This whitewashed abode set across 771sqm block, pays homage to design that is simple and true. Interiors embrace elemental materials such as wood + stone, and a curation of premium crafted detailing with an eye for utility. Vertical voids on the ground floor nurture the indoor-outdoor feel and bring the sky into the kitchen, living and dining areas. Float across this open-plan layout into a living space affectionately known as the Garden Room given it’s verdant scenery and sliding barn door that seals the space for ultra-seclusion. The third living quarters takes advantage of the exposed rafter ceilings + inbuilt bar. The coastal modern aesthetic flows upstairs into the bedroom and bathroom with fresh tiles, warm timber and designer lighting. Plenty of places to create bright sun-kissed memories especially out by the state-of-the art pool, large deck area and outdoor living pergola with all the extras like an outdoor shower and alfresco dining facilities. In these days of hyper-connectivity this is a place we have all been yearning to come home to.
