ARCOS | SPANISH FOR ARCHES

Home to Graya’s very own managing director, Rob Gray, and wife Meghan Gray, Arcos Villa was cultivated initially from a dream of one day transforming such a concept into a forever home.

Dedicated to delivering Brisbane’s finest homes and apartments for over a decade, it came as no surprise that when Rob decided to construct his own home, it would entail a high-end build, with grandeur and luxuriousness at the fore. Undoubtedly, Rob and Meghan’s vision transpired exceptionally, exceeding expectations beyond magnificence.

Ideal for entertaining friends and family or relaxing with a quiet night in, this awe-inspiring abode is now the place to call home.

KITCHEN

The heart of the home is an entertainer’s delight. Encompassing an expansive island bench crafted of polished travertine on top, fluted travertine down both sides, wrapping around to mirror the curvaceous theme throughout the home. Its vastness provides the ideal hosting space for all to congregate.

Cylindrical tile features are captured in the rangehood that further echo the curve appeal whilst integrated appliances produce a streamlined look, allowing for generous bench space to hero in between.

For a touch of luxury, Meir Champagne Round Kitchen Mixer features proudly, adding superior functionality with elegance, seamlessly tying in with soft yet grand surroundings.

MASTER  ENSUITE

Breathtaking in stature, the master ensuite is one to behold.

The ensuite zone centres around the colossal freestanding bathtub that provides a showstopping focal point with the ultimate spa-like feel.

Its sheer scale, heightened by the curved detailing behind, conceals twin Meir Champagne Round Ceiling Shower Droppers paired with Meir Champagne Round Hand-held Showers, both distinct in design, creating a sublime segregated sanctuary, aside from the bathtub bliss.

GUEST BATHROOMS

An example in lofty spaces is extended well into the bathroom zone.

Boasting six bathrooms in total, durability, and endurance was key when selecting materiality throughout all wet zones at the Arcos Villa.

Timeless yet contemporary, earthy materials are punctuated by luxurious yet enduring Meir Champagne architectural collection, adding a layer of luxe and glamour accentuated by natural light.

POWDER ROOM

Warm and weighted, both powder room and guest bathrooms adopt a textural approach, prominently featuring a beige rendering that continues throughout the home.

The tactile layering embraces a raw and natural finish, adding embedded warmth, elevated by Meir Champagne Round Curved Bath Spouts and Meir Champagne Round Wall Mixers.
