A modern barn-inspired home designed to embrace rural living and the surrounding landscape.
Radbull Farm is a stunning example of modern living, brought to life in 2020 by Radley Architectural Design. Tucked away on a sprawling 10-acre plot in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, this barn-inspired home is perfect for the adventurous Radley family. It’s designed to sit harmoniously within the landscape, soaking up plenty of sunlight and offering a relaxed, yet stylish vibe that’s all about blending with nature.
The house’s cool, contemporary style is all about simplicity and charm, with Triclads Board and batten system and locally sourced recycled materials giving it a timeless look. Inside, high-pitched ceilings make the 150-square-metre space feel airy and open, while still feeling cosy and inviting. Built by Straight Up Builders, this single-level residence packs everything the family could need into its compact footprint, creating a truly unique home that’s perfect for their lifestyle in the countryside.
