Good Electrical won The National Master Electrician Excellence Bronze Award for the electrical work carried out on this magnificent sprawling 2400sqm rural home in Coatesville; designed by Hulena Architects and built by PSL Construction.

PSL Construction went on to win four awards in the Resene New Home over $2 million category, including Regional Supreme House of the Year 2020.

This architectural home was constructed from extra thick in-situ concrete and steel and includes multiple living and bedroom spaces, an office, media room, gym, guest wing, and multiple garages.

Bespoke architectural lighting though out including, trim less downlights fitted level with the ceiling and plaster finished, providing negative detail; LED strip lighting throughout, also inlaid into in-situ steps cut into the grass banks and in the hand-crafted oak timber spiral staircases.

The house is fully automated and includes underfloor heating, automated blinds, curtains, and louvre. An electric blackout window, auto pool cover, mechanical services, and landscape lighting.
