The redevelopment of this dilapidated single-level house was designed and constructed by Phillip Hawksley
It required 3 extensions on ground level, relocation of kitchen and bathrooms, a second storey extension, design and construction of the pool and surrounds, installation of an extra two bathrooms, extra three bedrooms and a dedicated cinema, along with extensive fences and landscaping to the entire site.
The imaginative design and high-quality workmanship resulted in the receipt of four prestigious awards.
