Rugby Street Renovation

“It gives me great pleasure to send this mail to you commending the way in which Kyle and his team at Byers Architectural Builders set about and completed the process of repairing my 92 year old Dad’s flat at 1A Ngarimu Street, Dallington. The process itself looked daunting from an outsiders view and from a very busy worksite over the months we now have a flat that looks again in great shape. I was able to be in Christchurch for several meetings to support Dad and found it very assuring to see the way the team listened to Dads concerns. Kyle was so patient with Dad who is hard of hearing and his team were very accommodating whenever Dad was at the property and had questions to answer. Kyle was a pleasure to deal with in the lines of communication and the standard of finish of the work done was wonderful. I highly recommend this team of builders to anyone wishing to end up with a quality result. Byers Architectural Builders is certainly an A1 team. On behalf of Dad and the family it is a HUGE THANK YOU to Kyle and his team.”
