A luxurious Clontarf home designed for a family of five, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living with a focus on light, space, and natural materials, creating a serene coastal sanctuary.
This modern and luxurious Clontarf home, designed for a growing family of five, seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living to reflect its relaxed coastal surrounds.
Tasked with creating a contemporary, minimalist home with a focus on maximising the site holistically, Seaside Sanctuary showcases the calm that emerges when light, space and natural materials are in harmony.
From the moment of entry, volume is celebrated through soaring ceilings, while strategically placed skylights and expansive glazing affirm the central role light plays in the design. Whether dappled or radiant, the ever-shifting light underscores the home’s connection to its environment.
A refined palette and curated materiality introduce moments of softness and stillness, evoking the quiet luxury of a spa. Designed for ease and enjoyment, this home promises many years of coastal living defined by rest, celebration and connection.
