Organic landscaping and natural sand dunes cleverly blend the building into its beach setting, while the semi-industrial, minimalist aesthetic brings recycled and modern elements together. Features such as Matai flooring, industrial track lighting, polished concrete floors with underfloor heating, a bespoke kitchen with Falcon range and butler's pantry, and a feature bespoke staircase with sheet steel balustrade ensure a unique yet understated beachfront living experience.

The spacious living and dining areas provide unspoiled views of the Kapiti Island, while the luxurious main bedroom suite also offers breathtaking views.
