Generous use of limestone and timeless luxury underpin the design of this new home, where an indulgence of living zones come together to create a home of abundance for entertaining on any scale.

However, several challenges marked the design that included an easement at one end of the recently subdivided property and privacy restrictions at the other.

Three distinct zones were created to leverage the site location that enables a multi-age family to entertain in comfort. The transferor living space that anchors the home overlooks a pool that does double duty as a water feature with outdoor rooms made comfortable for year-round enjoyment.
