Chinoiserie meets Miami in this contemporary apartment with outdoor terrace. Reminiscent of the art-deco era, the lines, soft textures, and colours were chosen to contrast the building’s industrial foundation. Considered design, curved doorways, and joinery, refined textural interiors, highlight lighting and a five-way pastel colour palette, transformed this space. The complete reconstruction of the kitchen and two bathrooms, and the extensive bespoke cabinetry, ensured the apartment became flexible and functional.
